3. engage in any illegal activity in connection with the sale, including but not limited to offering non authentic, false, misleading or nonexistent items for sale, send substituted merchandise, or pay with unauthorized credit or debit cards, checks that do not clear for any reason or in any other way fail to pay the agreed upon purchase price.

4. negotiate directly or indirectly with the other party outside the scope of this website

5. use this site if you are under the age of 18 years

6. participate in any fraudulent act committed upon the other party through the use of this website

7. use information obtained on this website illegally, fraudulently, unlawfully or to threaten or harm others or to hold this website up to any indignity or make this website liable in any way for the actions of a participant in the program

You acknowledge that IDNID specifically disclaims any liability or responsibility for the actions of the parties who utilize this website. We will, to the extent authenticate that the merchandise offered has been examined and rated by nationally known gemological services There are no warranties either express or implied issued to any potential seller as to the ability to sell for a particular price or that the merchandise will be sold. Nor are there any warranties, express or implied issued to any purchasing that the merchandise is accurately or adequately described, except where we have been provided with an original statement from a nationally recognized gemological service and as to that document, we can only represent that the merchandise is described in a manner consistent with such document.

IDNID will not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential, or losses or expenses incurred arising out of or in connection with this site or any sales that may occur as a result of the use of this site., or any hyperlinked site, or in connection with the failure of either party to perform or as a result from any delay or computer failure, notwithstanding that IDNID is advised of such consequential damages.

IDNID is not a traditional auctioneer. Items sold are sold on a reserve auction basis unless otherwise specified. You the customer will determine a minimum price and the purchaser will determine whether or not to pay such price. We do not effect the legal transfer of title to any merchandise sold on this website. The transfer is effected pursuant to the laws of the States, Territories or Countries in which the buyer and seller may reside and when an agreement as to the laws is not reached, the parties agree that New York Law shall prevail and be applied to any such disputed sale or claim of liability of IDNID.

You agree that you will indemnify and hold harmless IDNID, its officers, directors, members, employees and agents against any claims, including reasonable attorney fees, which may arise out of a claimed breach of this agreement, whether such claims arise out of your breach or that of a third party.

We will agree to keep the information you provide to up private and not use the information for any marketing purposes nor sell such information to any potential user of such.
